Overview

ZHAO Tianrui is an attorney at Beijing Jingsh Law Firm. Mr. Zhao has extensive experience in corporate business, criminal defense and a wide array of international legal matters, having represented many companies and individuals in litigation and dispute resolution.

 

Mr. Zhao has handled hundreds of civil and criminal cases throughout the country with positive results. His knowledge and experience in rules of evidence allow him to provide comprehensive guidance with respect to the legal needs of clients.

 

Mr. Zhao has also represented clients in a full range of international litigation, arbitration, intellectual property, regulatory and compliance, and other adversarial matters. He regularly advises clients on how to best structure an interest or participation in a foreign venture or investment, and he is accustomed to working with foreign counsel in multijurisdictional projects.

 

Mr. Zhao has a master’s degree in procedure law, and a doctoral degree in law of evidence. Subsequent to receiving his S.J.D. degree, Mr. Zhao completed a postdoctoral fellowship in politics at China University of Political Science and Law, where he conducted research on judicial reforms in China.
